Our synthetic ice rink brings all the excitement of skating to Hay St, offering a smooth, durable and environmentally conscious surface that's safe and enjoyable for all ages and skill levels.
Whether you're planning a family day out, a date night or a catch-up with friends, it's the perfect way to experience winter in the city, surrounded by great food, drinks and entertainment.
Sessions run for 30 minutes, with limited spots available to ensure everyone has plenty of room to glide.
For $10 per person, your ticket includes:
- 30-minute skating session
- Skate hire
Plus, every ice skating ticket includes a 25% OFF voucher to redeem at one of your favourite Hay St traders. Simply collect your voucher from the Concierge Desk on the day of your booking and enjoy a bite, drink or sweet treat after your skate.

Where is the ice rink? ▼
The ice rink will be in the Main Quarter which is right front of Pasta e Basta, just down from the Traders Bar.
What is your cancellation policy? ▼
Should you wish to change your session time or cancel your ticket, we will require at least 24hrs notice prior to your selected session. Please contact (02) 8571 0622 for such enquiries.
What should I wear? ▼
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. All participants must wear socks.
Is this real ice? ▼
Our rink uses a synthetic ice surface, designed to offer the fun and movement of ice skating without the need for freezing temperatures or high energy consumption.
Do I need to book online? ▼
We recommend booking online in advance to secure your preferred session, as capacity is limited. Walk-ins are also welcome and will be accommodated where space is available.
What happens if I arrive late? ▼
If you arrive after your session has started, we'll do our best to accommodate you if there is still space available. However, your skating time will be reduced.
If your session is full, we'll move your booking to the next available session, subject to availability.
Where do I collect my 25% dining voucher? ▼
Your voucher can be collected from the Concierge Desk on the day of your skating session. Present your booking confirmation to receive your voucher before or after your skate.
Note: Each voucher is valid for one transaction at one participating Hay St trader and can only be redeemed once.
