From soul-warming French onion soup and rich duck cassoulet to classic quiches, croque monsieur, and steak frites – Hay St Market’s Bastille Day menu offerings bring together the rustic flavours of the French countryside and the elegance of the Parisian bistros. Sweet lovers can finish on a high with silky crème brûlée or the or the theatrical flair of crêpes Suzette. Truffle enhancements also available for a decadent twist.
