With almost 50 stalls serving 25 cuisines, the multi-million-dollar, 3000-square-metre Hay St Market is Sydney’s newest foodie destination in the heart of the Paddy’s Markets inside Market City in Chinatown.
Trading until late seven days a week, the combined retail and fully licensed dining space in Haymarket is a Sydney-first concept hosting street food stalls, local seasonal produce, master providores, florals, specialty retail and more.
It's a bare-bones space stretching out from the Paddy's Markets everyone knows and loves, with each stall decorated and styled like you're on a cross-cultural film set, with various seating areas surrounded by eclectic decor, and a Korean pocha stall-style dining area.
