• The Euro Trail:  Explore European-inspired flavours across Hay St with our self-guided culinary trail. Complete the trail for your chance to win a hamper valued at $350.
• Ferragosto Festival (15–16 August):  Celebrate Italy with live entertainment, authentic flavours and festive street celebrations and explore our All You Can Eat Experiences.
  
• Pasta Making Experience | 22 & 29 August: Learn the art of fresh pasta making with one of our Executive Chefs, followed by an Italian feast.
• Spritz Cocktail Bag Experience: Sip a Aperol Spritz served from a large glass bag vase at Traders Bar.
• Buchetta Del Cocktail: Unlimited artisan pizzas and selected wines inspired by the lively neighbourhood pizzerias of Europe.
